Where we work
Remotely, anywhere. In person for builds, classes and hands-on work around the Denver area and northern Colorado. Hardware ships nationwide.
Hours
Weekday evenings and weekends for calls and sessions. Urgent helpdesk requests are answered as soon as we see them.
What to tell us
None of this is required. Turn up with nothing but curiosity and we'll work it out, but it makes the first conversation much more useful:
- What you want to move off the cloud, and roughly how much of it there is
- Any hardware you already own that might do the job
- Who else needs access, and how technical they are
- Whether you want to learn to run it, or hand it over entirely
- Your internet connection information, especially the upload speed
What happens next
- We talk for half an hour.
- You get a written plan and a fixed quote, usually within a couple of days.
- If you say yes, we book the build. If not, keep the plan. It's yours either way.
On your privacy. This site loads no trackers, no analytics and no third-party resources. The fonts are served from this server, not from Google. Email us and we have your email address; that's all. It isn't sold, shared, or added to any list.
